Interactive Sites, You Say?

When it come to interactive sites for students, you have to be careful not to get ones that have lots of ads and other non-educational materials on the pages. Having ads for materials that are not appropriate can really be embarrasing and be a lot of trouble to correct. But on the other hand, it needs to be fun enough the students will actually participate and complete the lesson. If you have an interactive whiteboard, these are great whole class activities as well!

Here are some great interactive ***MATH*** sites to get you started:
*Decimal Squares- Great activities to get your 4-8 grade students excited about decimals-http://www.decimalsquares.com/dsGames/

*WickED Maths- From New Zealand, these math activities are fun and for 3-6 graders. http://www.tki.org.nz/r/wick_ed/maths/interactives.php

*This a wonderful interactive Math site that covers 6th grade math, Students really like this one!
